Weak Shipment Methods-Not Delivered

Either the shipment company is failing to provide proper services or the delivery details are incorrectly/incompletely transmitted to shipment company, as I have not received the goods. All contact details were duly provided by myself, during order. Likely the parcel will be returned by the shipment company as we could not find common grounds with them for delivery.
